Our part-time contracts are designed to provide consistency for both clients and staff. We recommend a minimum engagement of 16 hours per week (for example, 4 × 4-hour shifts or 2 × 8-hour shifts), with many of our placements averaging a minimum of 20+ hours. This structure ensures staff are committed, trained, and available - giving you the reliability of a regular employee with the flexibility of a shorter-term contract.
